The Soil to Supper initiative will explore the powerful connection between soil health, food quality, and human well-being. By combining soil microbiome research, food composition analysis, and human health studies, this project aims to uncover how agricultural practices influence the nutrition we rely on every day.

By uniting soil scientists, nutrition experts, farmers, and policymakers, Soil to Supper will pave the way toward a more resilient, nutritious, and sustainable food system.
