Our mission is to create systems level change that scales regenerative soil health systems in the Rocky Mountain region and beyond.

What we do
We integrate science, policy, and community initiatives to advance innovative soil health solutions in the Rocky Mountains and beyond. We engage across disciplines to drive community-level impact & innovation.
Our projects are based on...
Community engaged research to advance holistic understanding of soil health and regenerative transitions.

Multi-stakeholder, science driven dialogue and co-learning.
Scientifically-grounded support for land-managers.

And is grounded in community.
We create networks of stakeholders that are passionate about research, collaboration, and solving real-world problems. From governmental agencies to non-profits... From individual producers to international food companies.... We believe the soil-related challenges we face in the Rocky Mountain region can be overcome when we invite more people to the table.

We measure soil health on farms and ranches across the region.
Colorado Soil Health Inventory is an interactive map showcasing farms and ranches participating in collaborative soil health research across Colorado and the broader Rocky Mountain region. Each point on the map represents a working agricultural operation where conservation data has been collected, including details on cropping systems, irrigation types, and soil health principles in use.
